「The heritage harbor is a really nice community to stay at and a good location. We visited downtown ottawa, utica and starved rock. The grill is conveniently right out the door near the pool which is also very close. I loved the cute little screen in areas where you can eat your food or play games. They also have a restaurant onsite which was really good. They had live music when we arrived on Sunday outside near the tiki bar. The set up of the house was perfect for my family and we had...

「The property was super clean and comfortable. One of the hiccups was being able to locate pots and pans. We had to have someone come and bring us the missing items. Our son loved having the pool right out the front door and overall the community was friendly and quiet. We also experienced very little communication from the host which was frustrating at check-in and check out, but I think that is due to this property being managed by a company outside of Vrbo. but despite the limited...

「Wonderful weekend! The airstream was perfect, the acres and acres of land were stunning…very peaceful and inviting. Our dog loved running around in the open grass and trails. We saw multiple deer every morning and evening, it was somewhat magical. The hosts were extremely friendly, available when needed and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!!」

「We stayed for two weeks to see various family members who came and went as schedules allowed. Overall, the house is great on many levels, if lacking in a few specific areas. First, the great, the hosts are incredibly receptive, friendly, helpful and gave the distinct impressions that they want to make your stay as good as possible. The common spaces are wonderful as well as the main pool, with plenty of space for people of all ages to enjoy themselves. Next, the good, the dining rooms were great...

「I booked the house for a work trip for three weeks. The grill was filthy, rusted, and the electronic ignite didn't work. It took two weeks to get a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the old one was left there as well. No grill brush provided to clean it and no cover to protect it from the rain. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs in the bunkbed room was dirty with dark spots. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty and torn. Housekeeping attempted to launder it but ended up throwing the...
