"The host was attentive, but the place was under renovation, and he didn’t tell us ahead of time. There were holes in the walls, the shelves were dirty and the whole air was dingy. We had to ask for a kettle and pots and pans. There was no sponge or fairy liquid or sponge to clean the plates. The cooker didn’t work; we had to wait until the night (11 pm) for it to work. It was not as advertised."

"No check-in details given, had to contact Hoseasons twice on the afternoon of arrival to get details, to say the cabin is quieky is an understatement, if you like dark & dinghy then thats ok, the kitchen is basic and smells of old fat, beds & mattress have seen better days, if you don't mind paying over the odds to sleep in a damp portacabin look no further, if we could off afford it, we would not of stayed, but as this was not a holiday we didn't have much say,but did cut our stay short."

"Pier view is a lovely little house with everything that you will need in a home from home. The views from the property are amazing and Mesmerising. There is plenty to see and do in the area too with walks and botanical gardens close by and not to far away from supermarkets and shops if needed.
