「This property was just what we needed for our Men’s College World Series stay. Nick and Mim were very accommodating and prompt to respond. The apartment was neat, clean, and had plenty of room for three adults. Thank you!」

「It’s still under construction. The parking was horrible it was huge rocks we had a flat tire the 2nd night. The rooms door was built incorrectly so there’s a crack and it can easily be pushed not safe at all. There wereNot enough towels, there was no mat in the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped but not one single water was left for us so we arrived and had to leave to go buy waters. Too much lighting in the room at all times as it’s in front of a prison and that building has light 24/7」

「The apartment was generally dirty. There was a hole in front of the toilet, the complex was noisy, unsafe neighborhood, gunshots were heard, appeared and smelled of water damage, third bedroom in basement didn't have a way to lock securely. 」
