「We had a wonderful time visiting NY for my 2 grandchildren’s graduation celebrations. The house was spacious & very comfortable for our family of 11 & my sweet pup. If the opportunity comes again to visit NY this house would be 1st on our list. Thank you for sharing your home with us.」

「We came for a graduation and enjoyed our stay at 206 Grand St this past weekend. Though it is an older building, the history is interesting, the location for us was perfect and it is a spacious, clean and comfortable place for two (and probably more). Maria is an attentive host who anticipates her guests’ needs and is very available should her guests need assistance. This apartment is a second floor walk up so may not be the best for those with disabilities or mobility issues. However there...

「Conveniently located and clean with an easy parking lot. The place was fine, but a pretty big disparity between the listing, professional feeling web interface, huge deposit and real life.
Ultimately, it was ‘fine’ - comfortable and served the purpose for our trip. The coffee bar (Keurig with plenty of pods) and coffee pot was nice to have, but there was ONE coffee mug, two disposable cups, and one travel mug that seems to have been left behind. This was so odd since coffee bar is literally...
