One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had during a business trip.
The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly understaffed—or worse, staffed by people who simply don’t care. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or restaurant areas, creating an incredibly uncomfortable environment to work or relax in.
While trying to work from the restaurant, we had to open a door ourselves just to get some fresh air. The staff not only closed it without explanation but also turned off the lights while we were sitting there. Absolutely no regard for guest comfort or basic hospitality.
The service throughout the stay was consistently poor and the staff were rude and dismissive. No effort was made to correct any of the issues, despite multiple complaints.
This is not a hotel I would ever recommend for business or leisure travel. Avoid it if you value cleanliness, comfort, or even the most basic customer service!
