We had the best stay here! Our family has been coming to Broadkill for 20 years and Bourbon at Seven was the perfect home for our growing family! We loved the added touches of multiple ice makers and fridges! The layout was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The deck at sunset is a spectacular way to end the day!

Lovely house in Milton!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect place for our beach vacation with family. There was plenty of gathering space for four families in the kitchen/living area, while also many places throughout the house for space and seclusion for those of us who were working remotely throughout the day. The views were beautiful, the house was clean and cozy, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The availability of bikes & a beach wagon was a nice extra touch. We lived in the screened in porches! My literal only complaint is the loud squeaky bed, not because it wasn't comfortable to sleep in, but because we were sharing a room with a baby in a pack-n-play (which there was plenty of room for!) and we kept waking him up just by rolling over. lol Otherwise, ten out of ten. Thank you!
