「Francisco at front desk went above standard service. He was helpful, caring and offered solutions that wowed.」

「员工友好 环境幽雅」

「It was a nice clean hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We had to switch rooms initially because the lock on our first door wouldn't stay locked but the staff was very accommodating for this. The breakfast was decent and had lots of good hot choices. The location is spot on. The pool area was a little less clean than I would have liked and I didn't spend as much time there as I would have normally if it had been cleaner but overall a nice hotel.」

「The environment is clean, but the facilities are a bit old.」

「Sam checked us in and Leeann poured a glass of champagne, very welcome after a long day. The room was well-sized and nicely appointed. Location to the Old Market and downtown is about as good as it gets. We would gladly stay hear again.」

「Place appeared to be well taken care of, no free breakfast included, although there is a bistro on site.」

「The room is clean and the service personnel are enthusiastic.」

「Great place to stay!」

「A lot of traffic noice.」

「The location is very convenient and the hotel room is large」

「This is the 5th time staying at this hotel. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room size is larger than most hotels. I noticed this visit the vacuuming needed more attention in the hallway and inside; especially inbetween the bed and side tables . I would like to see more than 1 op」
