Was very unhappy that I booked a suite and paid extra to stay in the one with a hot tub in the room (hot tub was shown in pictures on Expedia as well). The front desk admin weren’t very welcoming as we were checking in and then found out our room didn’t have the hot tub. When I questioned the room with front desk, she said I didn’t book that one without even looking at my receipt or any pictures. It ruined our entire stay because that’s the main reason why we chose this hotel.

Checked in late at night, still had great service from the young man at the counter. Room was clean and comfortable. Got a good nights sleep and grabbed breakfast before leaving. Not a massive breakfast spread, but still plenty of options. Would definitely stay again.

There was some kind of odor that left a very bad after taste in my sinuses. Maybe it was pesticide or what ever chemical used to clean the place. What ever it was i do not want to experience it again. I don't believe I would stay here again because of the experience with the unknown odor.

Stayed 4 days.Very impressed with it! Especially for the price! Looks like it might be Family owned & run? Staff obviously cares about the property. Clean building, clean, well-appointed & updated room.Very comfortable beds. Hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker & fridge w/ freezer in the room. friendly & responsive staff. I was told they'd clean my room every other day during my stay & they did. On site Guest Laundry available. Each machine is $2.00, which is fair. The washer worked well, the dryer took my money & wouldn't turn on. Front desk clerk quickly refunded my money, no problem. Had to dry my clothes in the room. Free breakfast was pretty good and went from 5am-9:30am, which is a nice long time frame. Eggs, Sausage, Make-Your-Own Waffles, Bagels, Cereals, Toast & Juices.The coffee machine definitely uses instant coffee & you can definitely tell. Coffee in the room was a bit better & they refilled the supply when they cleaned my room. I'm sure they also would have given me more any time I asked.I just opted to drive for daily Starbucks instead. Staff was friendly & helpful any time I needed anything. A few Restaurants right next door within walking distance. Stores relatively nearby. Area around hotel seems nice, not sketchy. Overall, our stay was great. I absolutely will stay there again.

Great Location - Good Hotel
I stayed at Comfort Inn Waukesha, Wisconsin for four days. During my stay my room was not serviced the entire time I was there. I guess if I really needed something it was my responsibility to ask the house keeping staff to get it for me. I do have to say, the room was very clean upon my arrival and I had plenty of towels. It would have been nice to have the trash cans emptied, at least. There doesn't seem to be much insulation between the walls or rooms because I could hear every time the people in the room above me walked across their floor, I could hear whenever people were taking showers and I could hear mumbling conversations from the room next to me. The microwave and refrigerator in the room was nice to have if needed and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. The location was also great.
