LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Our BNB has an eclectic design, quiet/safe neighborhood and limitless comfort. This one bedroom lower level duplex has everything you are looking for when thinking about a place to stay in the historic Lower East Side of Milwaukee. Central location to all of Milwaukee's attractions. One block from Brady Street, within walking distance to the brand new Fiserv Forum, and minutes from downtown Milwaukee. Wifi/Netflix/AC/heat.

The Space:
If you are looking for a place that is truly central to Milwaukee look no further. The Lower East Side provides easy accessibility to every point of interest in the city.

As for the unit itself, we offer a one bedroom, one bathroom lower level duplex. It's a 1800s restored duplex on a very nice semi residential street block. The three large windows in the living room give the home a warm-relaxed feeling. It has a beautiful totally functional stove for cooking, generous amounts of pots, a brand new microwave, and a full size refrigerator in the kitchen.

As, you enter the unit you are greeted by a large retro looking living room with a queen sized memory foam sofa sleeper. Furniture and rugs are all top of the line quality, as we spare no expense to provide our guest with a top of the line stay. We also included a 48" 'Roku' smart TV with access to Netflix for our binging pleasure.

Navigating through the living room you reach a modern marble high table with two bar stools. To the right is the fully operational kitchen. We provide pots, pans, cutting board, knives, silverware, dish-ware, baking pans, coffee machine, coffee, cream, sugar, refrigerator, and microwave for our guests to enjoy.

Progressing through the unit you will find our clean yet tasteful bathroom equipped with all the towels you will need for your stay, along with a nice warm shower with great water pressure.

Last but not least, the master bedroom. The master bedroom consists of a queen sized memory foam mattress, box spring, and luxury upholstered headboard. We include four pillows (two firm and two soft for sleeping). We also have a dresser for storage of clothing for a long stay.

The Neighborhood:
The hip Lower East Side is known for its lively bar scene, with dive bars, cocktail lounges and live music venues, plus the longstanding Lakefront Brewery. A waterfront trail runs along Veterans Park, also popular for paddle boat and kayak rentals. The Betty Brinn Children’s Museum, with hands-on exhibits, and the striking Milwaukee Art Museum are close by.

Getting Around:
The Lower East Side is one of the MOST areas in the city. All the attractions of Milwaukee are within 0.5-1.5 miles from the property. Anything you can't walk to can be easily accessed via car, bike, bus, or electric scooter.
