I had ants all over in my room was changed to a new room and the toilet ran constantly and when taking a shower like the pipes makes a squealing noise. Just a bad experience

My friends & I stayed for one night. We enjoyed the free breakfast & friendly staff. The room was comfortable & clean. We had a problem with the digital key upon arrival, but the front desk staff was able to give us a physical card. Our only complaints are that the TV was on the smaller side & the hallway smelled of weed.

We were in the nonsmoking room but you can smell smoke through the vents especially when you turn on the bathroom light/fan. There were noticeable damages to wall and room that you can still see patch work. We just needed sleep and that’s what we got.

The workers were rude most of the time and had an attitude like the owned the hotel. Very unsafe random ppl walked around the hotel during the evenings. Plus cars got broken into 5 of the 10 days I stayed there and mine got broken into on my last night. The cops just took police reports and the hotel didn't accommodate for the incidents or reimburse for damages but want to charge $100 deposit fee for room incidental. I felt cheated cause I made 3rd party reservations initially but wasn't allow to extend my stay I was forced to make a new reservation and pay additional fees at a higher rate so yea my experience was trash. Crazy part is that was my go to hotel for that area in previous years smh.

The room was fine EXCEPT the broken window seemed to make the noise from the very close highway much louder than my sisters room which didnt have the broken window. ALSO the blind (to cover previuosly mentioned broken window) was also broken and could not be shut so bright light from the two parking lot lights lit up my room all night. Made sleep impossible. Front desk told me they tried to fix it but could not. I was told that i was supposed to be given a different room but that didnt happen. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and they charged me less upon checking out (which i didnt ask for but appreciated the jesture). Staff was nice and breakfast was good, would give them one more to visit but make sure no window issues.

Awful experience
This was the worst experience at a hotel I have had. The pillows and blanket had blood stains. My car window was broken in the parking lot and some personal items were stolen. The power went out and the emergency lighting in the stairwell was inadequate to see properly going down the them. Also a drunken guest was screaming in the hallway and the police had to come.

Not their fault but still…..
Internet was out and we had to be escorted to our room to be let in and if we left our room we had to ask them to let us in because they could not run keys to give us our key. At 4:30 in the morning a confrontation took place in the hall way, which was not directly their fault but the person did not have a room so how did he make it upstairs? Police were called and the person was arrested but it took quite sometime to get him off the floor. Non of my requests were met when I checked in. They did change our room from 2nd floor to fourth floor but I requested to NOT be by the elevator or vending and have a room that did not allow pets, and we were directly across from them both. So I listened to every person getting off of the elevator who did not respect the fact it was late and voices should be kept low.

The only good thing about this hotel was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. It was a nightmare from the get go! Walked in to a big line of people waiting to check in. Turns out their computer systems were down so they were unable to make room keys and had to personally walk every person to their room and open the door. We then went to go swimming. Their was no towels in the pool area and when we asked for towels they only had 2 clean. The pool had bugs floating in it and the light that goes under the water in the pool was actually floating in the pool wires exposed and all. The key issue was never fixed throughout our stay and we were woke up at 4am to people screaming for 30 mins straight. THEN in the morning went to get in the shower and realized our bathroom had 2 conditioners and no shampoo. I found housekeeping in the hallway and asked for some shampoo and was told they have NO SHAMPOO in the hotel! The price was absolutely ridiculous for what we received and was offered no compensation through Expedia or the hotel itself

This hotel is in a bad area, between two roads. One was a raised highway next door. The room has a sliding barn door for the bathroom, there is no closet, The closet is some hangers hanging on the wall behind the drapes, where the ouside windows should be. The sink in the bathroom was cracked in several places The janitor was wet moppimg the floor, in the morning, where the front desk and breakfast area is. Wrong time to be doing that, to many people in the area.I would not stay there again. And I definitely would not recommened this hotel to anyone! Very disappointed!!

Breakfast was quite good. I would recommend that the staff need to keep better control of the floor near the pool. The location just happens to be near the building elevators. There was lots of water from the pitter patter of probable childrens' feet on the surface of the floor. It just poses slipping hazards to people waiting/getting on the elevator, Other than that suggestion, no complaints.
