The staff was really rude the place wasn't clean and the breakfast was awful and just a basic breakfast. For over 100 bucks for the night I would recommend staying somewhere else. I also tried talking to the hotel through Expedia and they didn't care and offered nothing and said we will stick to are no refund policy and can't help you. That customer service shouldn't be accepted anywhere.

I was quoted 385.00 and when my charge card was charged my payment was 520.00. If you want to check in early its an extra 50.00 even though your room is ready. Air conditioner leaked water all over carpet. Couch and automan in room had numerous tears in them. Not worth 520.00!!!

My husband and I found this place very pleasant for our two night stay. I'm a very picky clean freak and found this hotel good, even with all the crazy reviews, we didn't find it filthy at all like some are saying. We actually had to stay in two different rooms since I booked two separate reservations with last minute change of plans and they weren't the same type of room. So totally my fault but the staff was accommodating and nice and both the rooms served our purpose with clean towels, clean sheets, comfy beds, and nice hot running water. My husband found the breakfast to be good for your basic breakfast. We didn't use the pool to review on that. We will for sure stay here again.

The one sink located outside the toilet and shower area woukd not drain- when the water started to go down , thick black gunk came out of the drain, this issue was reported to hotel staff

Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. My shower/tub was not completely cleaned. When I brought it up to the housekeeper, she immediately took care of it.

Old building, water damage on ceillings, really odd maintenance procedures, unprofessional staff (no uniforms, lack of knowledge of the process and level of service). Odd place .

So I would definitely not stay at this property. When we checked in, their computers were down , so they could not check us in under our expedia reservation. We therefore had to book a separate room, which they could do without working computers, and then pay a separate charge for that room. Therefore we had to pay twice for one room. They told us to contact expedia to help with a refund. We did that and expedia called the property several times to talk to a manager, but was always told a manager was not available to talk with. I had requested a call back myself from a manager, and received a call from Angel at 9:55 pm on a tuesday night. When I talked with Angel, she was extremely rude, interruptive and would not listen to my story. I asked her several times to just let me explain, but was again interrupted. I told her I was trying to have a conversation, but she just repeatedly told me, "You stayed, you had your room, why do you need a refund". She admitted the computers were down and they were unable to check us in under our Expedia reservation. After feeling frustrated with our conversation, I asked her who her supervisor was, so I could contact them the following day. Angel proceeded to tell me she did not know who that was and I could call back again, a different day. I was very frustrated by this obviously. Overall, I had stayed at this hotel in the past, but needless to say, I will not stay again. I am hoping someone from management will contact me.

Decent hotel. Has been updated some. Could use more in the future. Clean for the most part. Our room was a little dusty/spider webs on wall hangings, but over all it was your average hotel. I would stay again.

The location was convenient and close to a lot of places and the event I was attending. The breakfast was good although ends at 9:30am. The pool was nice but the water was very murky and you could tell the tiles hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There is no housekeeping at all but they have staff doing housekeeping. The worst instance was the system crashed and we had to check in manually, my husband stated he wanted to pay cash not credit and they said they would contact us to get that from him. They never did and when we checked out he wanted to pay and they had charged his card. Instead of an easy refund and taking his cash it turned into a 45 minute issue where a dismissive manager didn’t seem like we were a priority. It was just kind of an odd experience. The room was nice and pretty spacious and I enjoyed the experience overall just has some issues that could have been handled differently on their end.

Bathroom was dirty with assorted hair on the floor. Bathroom sink as well. Beds were ok. Remote on tv worked when it wanted to. Looked good in lobby. Wouldn’t stay here again.

It was fine for what I needed it to be! My room was clean but not thoroughly cleaned. Found many stray hairs in my bed even though they were supposed to be new sheets. Bathroom and surrounding areas in the room were clean. I had a few gnats flying around in my room that I wasn’t sure how they were there. Breakfast was fine but nothing fancy. For a 3 star hotel you could say it is what you would expect!
