Charming house of around 96m² with 4 bedrooms, come and enjoy a good barbecue with family or friends with a covered terrace facing the Landes forest facing SOUTH!!!!!
Many activities are available to you such as surfing, golf, cycling, hiking, enjoying a beautiful region.

The house is located at the foot of a cycle path and 3.5 km from the first beach.

This individual Landaise house called "Les Roitelets", on one level for your holidays with a surface area of ??96 m², it consists of: an entrance, a hallway, a living / dining room with a fireplace (non-functional), a separate fitted kitchen, a first bedroom with 2 90/190 beds (south facing), a second east-facing bedroom with 1 140/190 bed, a third bedroom with 1 140/190 bed 190, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a master suite with 1 bed 140/190 and a bathroom.

All on an enclosed plot of 836 m² with a covered terrace of 20 m² facing south and an adjoining garage. A stone barbecue is at your disposal to enjoy the summer!!!


BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.
(Please take the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towel, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)

To be paid on arrival: tourist tax (from 0.83€ to 4.40€ depending on classification/night/person)

Maison basique sans charme

Les photos ont été prises sous un angle très flatteur. C'est beaucoup plus petit, avec des meubles vétustes, des facilités très basiques. Un investissement dans ces derniers ne ferait pas de mal. Une location peut aussi avoir du charme.
