「A very disappointed experience!
I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water!
The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and...

他部屋は通りからお部屋が見える感じでしたが山側でプライバシーな面も気に入りました。夜はファイヤーピットを家族と友人と囲み周りを気にせず楽しめ、タヌキが時々現れて朝は朝日と自然を楽しむこともできました！また行きたいと思います」

「We felt glad and fortunate to stay in this home. It has a great feeling, and is in a beautiful quiet area with great views from the back porch. The amount of space is generous, and there is a nice layout of rooms. The kitchen worked well for us, too.
There is a 1 kilometer narrow road through the forest that takes you to DeepSpot, and it feels like you are going to someplace special!」
