Beautiful apartment in Minden- quiet and centrally located

Our beautiful apartment is located in Minden, district Stemmer. It is located in a quiet environment, with direct views of the surrounding horse pasture. A grocery store is 500 meters away and can even be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The city of Minden can be reached by car in about 7 minutes, by bike in 20 minutes.

The apartment is very spacious, has about 120sqm, with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a separate toilet and a large bathroom with shower and separate bath.

One bedroom has a 180 x 200cm double bed, one bedroom has two single beds 90 x 200cm, in the living room there is a large sofa and a pull-out sofa, which can also be used for sleeping.

All rooms have black-out blinds by the large windows and louvers for the skylights.

The apartment is fully heated.

You reach the apartment via a private entrance, and there are also free parking spaces available. The apartment is located on the first floor, stairs must be used, no elevator available.

Dogs are allowed at the property, as they are housebroken.

Für nur übernachten mit ggf kochen, voll in Ordnung...
Etwas mehr komplettierte Utensilien ( Schneebesen.z.B.) fürs kochen wäre toll, sonst alles da .. ! Mehr Tassen , Becher , Gläser wenn mehr als 2 Gäste ... bei uns beiden hats gereicht... daher insgesamt alle Sterne PS : INSEKTENGITTER an den Fenstern wären auch schön für den ein oder anderen Gast...

Familienurlaub in Minden - Juli 2019
Leider kann ich mich der Vorabbewertung nur anschließen "Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt (noch) nicht". Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön aber es fehlt noch an vielen Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt wie angegeben in FeWo keine Mikrowelle, Haartrockner und Internetanschluss. Vielleicht noch ein kleiner Tipp: eine Infomappe in der Wohnung wäre nicht schlecht - wo finde ich was - Müllentsorgung, Daten zum einloggen ins Internet etc. Das Ein- und Auschecken ist sehr unkompliziert aber ein kurzes "Hallo oder Tschüss" wäre auch nett. Wir sagen jetzt erstmal "Tschüss" und hoffen unsere Anregungen sind für Sie Hilfreich. Kerstin G.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Tolle Ferienwohnung. Sehr große Zimmer, gut eingerichtete Küche, riesiges Sofa im Wohnzimmer und großes Bad . Check in Vorgang war super unkompliziert, Schlüssel wurde hinterlegt, man konnte daher anreisen wann man wollte. Hier stimmt das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen- kann man weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Wonderful host, spacious apartment, quiet country setting
Would return here anytime! It is a large upstairs apartment in a older brick farmhouse that is occupied by the owners on the main level. Guests have a private side entrance with room for parking. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a full kitchen, and a large living room that looks out onto a pasture. It is conveniently located just minutes from a small store and a 10 min drive from Minden. Is a great place to be a home base for day trips. The hosts are wonderfully friendly and helpful, and far exceeded my expectations.
