“We booked a room and we were checking at Ibis Budget, but there were no one at the counter. We waited and there wasn’t any sign talked about we need to check in at Ibis hotel. So I called, and after we went to Ibis hotel to check in, the woman who we talked to at the counter was in a really bad attitude. Overall, I didn’t feel good and I didn’t enjoy at all. ”

“A beautiful location in the hills down by the river. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them. The staff were helpful and courteous.
