The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for four people, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a garden with lawn and parking is available. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome at the property. There is one step up into the kitchen, please take care. Hedgehog Cottage is a wonderful dwelling for exploring Somerset with loved ones.
The Neighborhood:
Wheddon Cross is a small village in the Exmoor National Park with a flourishing rural population, a village shop, friendly pub, and an all-weather court for a variety of sports such as tennis, netball, and basketball. Exford, located in the middle of the Exmoor National Park, is a lovely settlement close by. Exford has a village green, tea rooms, a shop, a Post Office, and two ancient inns that provide good food and drinks in a picturesque location by the River Exe. Exford sits in the heart of a walker's paradise, with miles of well-marked pathways leading through the Exe and River Barle valleys and up to adjacent hills, notably Dunkery Beacon, Exmoor's highest point with spectacular views over 17 counties.
