Pros: Beautiful grounds with view incredible views of the lake. Walk way to the dock is new and very nice. The property sits in a cove that extends to the peninsula with lots of seating and fire pits. The home has an updated shower in one of the bathrooms and a beautiful wine region the kitchen. Fences in yard is nice except my dogs cocker spaniels (20 & 25 pound dogs) could easily escape under the gates. Cons: There are cameras all over the property and the property manager will contact you if your vehicle gets on the grass. So obviously they are watching the renter. Cameras in front of house, back deck, back yard and at the boat dock. Difficult to turn around your vehicle and boat trailer on the property. The home is older and still in need of lots of updates. The porch and windows are dirty. Porch furniture cushions need some deep cleaning. The back yard lights, spot and flood lights don’t work so you can’t use the back yard once it gets dark because you can’t see to even get off the porch (big fall risk). The property manager did not respond with the light issue even though we contacted her 3 times. Initially it was difficult to find out where the community boat launching area was and what the code was to open the locked gate. We like to launch our boat as soon as we get to the property so we can unload and park our boat trailer but the property manager was slow to respond to our request. Then she said gate was unlocked and it wasn’t. Then she had to contact owner.
