A large living room with vaulted ceilings, a spacious kitchen, and new baths make this a perfect space for gathering family & friends. Huge yard, waterfront & a covered dock, and two boat slips. The boat launch ramp is nearby (key is upon request). Canoe to Tim's Seafood. Use Kayaks/Canoe with a life vest pls. Monthly rental with a reasonable rate upon request.
Enjoy a cup of hot coffee on the side porch with the lake views from the side and back, a view of the lake from the dining room, or warm up to a fire in the fire pit. It is the perfect place to relax and make some memories. Walk around the beautiful wooded community and enjoy the lake. 5-7 min drive to food lion & convenience stores, restaurants, brewery, winery, and Lake Anna State Park.
The space is located in the beautiful Countryside at Lake Anna, you will love the privacy and the abundance of nature and wildlife. This home is newly renovated with three full bathrooms while most homes have 2.5 or fewer bathrooms. In addition to the bedrooms and, bathrooms there is a great room that opens up to the fully furnished kitchen with a dining area with 6 chairs and a few folding chairs for your group. There is a desk and chair located on the lower floor. We offer high-speed internet which is on a hotspot, and 2 smart TVs one on each floor.
When you go outside to the backyard, you will find chairs to use with a gas grill for grilling. There is also a fire pit nearby the shorelines.
There is a canoe and two kayaks provided for your use. Life jackets are provided and should always be used when using the canoe or/and kayaks. Use of canoe or kayaks is at your own risk!
Community amenities: beach, picnic area, fishing pier, pavilion, and a boat launch.

Cutting boards are provided so please do not cut directly on the counters. coasters are also provided and should be used for hot mugs, plates, and pots. they should never be put on the counters directly while hot without the use of a holder.
