"The door lock was simple to use, but the ramp to get to it had algae on it. The door also had dirty stuff on it. The roof of the outdoor space was also quite rusty. The lawn was not mowed and the grass was about knee high. We were not able to use the outdoor space because of it. We were looking forward ..."

"Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit.
