This hotel is a disgrace to the Hyatt brand. The pool was being renovated, which was not stated online. The staff did tell us it is stated in ‘fine print’ at check out. The outlets in the room were either loose or didn’t work at all. The refrigerator did not get cold. The bathroom sink was cracked. ...

It was a great place to stay with our dogs. The hosts were VERY pet friendly - leashes, water bowl, toys, great 'pooper scooper' and wonderful fenced in back yard!

The genuine kindness and hospitality that the host, Kristin showed us as her guests was unmatched! The home was clean, there were plenty of towels, blankets, bedding and any game you could think of. There’s so much to do in this beautiful home.
