Bedbugs!
We put our clients up in this hotel while we were working on their home and it was an absolute disaster. They checked in and after a hour in bed they were covered in bedbugs. The front desk we easy to work with as far as refunding the stay. They did not seem at all surprised about the bedbug situation. So at 10:30 at night, me and my clients had to find a new hotel for their family of four. I do not recommend!

Lots of shopping and dining options but they close kind of early nothing open very late around here also the property outside was cleaned for this hotel but when I got my room I did not get clean Linens one of the times and it was like they had skipped cleaning but most of the time is very nice neat clean and fresh linen

Checked in, it smelled like urine in the hallways. The room was dirty especially the bathroom fan. Live roaches running around the counter top. Front seat was very kind and gave me a refund. I did not stay longer than 30 mins.

If you want a peace of mind don’t go there period.
I have never experienced such a bad hotel. The police frequently came there, I changed rooms 3 times in my 6 day stay. Roaches in one room, toilet not flushing in another, the last one no heat. Such a bad experience and a waste of my money.

Just needed a place to stay for one night. Was a quiet little place. Although the fire department showed up, and when we went to check out the next morning we sat in the lobby for 40 minutes with no service eventually we just left. Disgusting!
The room was disgusting. They couldn't possibly have cleaned it after the previous people stayed in it. The sheet had stains, crumbs, and a couple of hairs on it. I was so disgusted, I slept on top of the bedding. The bathroom needed to be swept and the counter around the sink needed to be wiped down. There was a long hair on the floor of the shower stall. I stayed there once before and the only issue I had was the smell of marijuana coming from a couple of the rooms. This trip was the last straw! I'm never staying they're again.

I travel for work and I booked due to the kitchen area. I was trying the hotel out to see if I’d like to do an extended stay here. Im glad I didn’t. The kitchen had no utensils like all the other hotels with kitchens I’ve stayed at. There was also one towel, no toiletries., no blankets on the bed, and the check in experience was terrible. I left in the middle of the night because I could not make it work and had to stay elsewhere. When I tried to leave there was no staff on property.

Misleading, not every gets “breakfast.”
Checking in was easy. The overall experience was just okay. I would not book this location for my family again. We check in late after our original hotel did not go well. It has been a long night. We booked a studio with a full size bed and a sleeper sofa. I understand that every one is short staff and that places are trying to be more eco-friendly. After a long day of traveling and having to leave our previous hotel, we were ready for a shower and bed. I had to call for extra blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa. Our bathroom had no large bath towels for showering, just hand towels and face wash clothes. When I called again, I was told that I would have to go down and grab them. That was inconvenient for me. Also, this location lists that they provide breakfast. The next morning, when my husband took our dog out, I had asked him to go check out what they have for breakfast. He came back and said there was just coffee. We left the hotel around 9 am to go start out our day. The was a lady working the desk, so I inquired about breakfast. She said that once the oatmeal and muffins run out, breakfast is done. I felt like this hotel should NOT advertise that they provide breakfast. It is very misleading.
