Upon check-in, the desk clerk did not tell me my credit card would be charged an additional $50 than my original booking. When I received a notification from my bank, I asked him and was advised it was for incidentals. I understood, but he should have explained during check-in. The facility was clean. We didn't notice much noise in the halls, but the noise outside was terrible. We were on the first floor and the back side of the hotel, and it sounded like there was some type of generator running 24/7, right outside our window.

All you need and more
This hotel is very clean, has friendly, helpful staff and comfortable beds. Close to the highway without any highway noise and near a delicious restaurant- Porterhouse Steak & Seafood.

My daughter and I stayed here with a moving truck and a dog. The parking lot was large, clean and well-lit so I didn't feel guilty or worried about the truck. The pet deposit was $75, but very worth it to us to feel so safe and comfortable in such a nice motel. It's clean and new-feeling, and the desk attendant was nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay- if I was ever in the area, I'd definitely book again!

Service dog
Room was great. However, overheard one of the staff saying that my uncles service dog was not a service dog and shouldn’t be allowed there. Mind you my uncle is a military veteran who suffers from PTSD. So next time your staff wants to say a service dog “doesn’t act like a service dog” they should probably just keep quiet till they get the facts straight.

The staff was very friendly and courteous at check-in and throughout our stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room. Easy to adjust the temperature of the room. Very nice breakfast selection.
