Great place to stay, especially if you want to enjoy a relaxing evening of Jazz at the nearby Berlin club. Staff was SO courteous, every last one of them! Accommodated a last-minute request for flowers in the room for my wife's birthday, and were kind enough to include a couple of free drink tickets as well. Great vibe here, great food, great cocktails! The only negative was early morning construction (7 AM) in the room next to us. We get it...remodeling is difficult in a hotel.

The staff was very friendly, cool vibe, rooftop views are amazing. However, in the evening, the entire hotel basically turns into an huge party. There were used towels and trash all around the hot tub and the elevator had blood in it and a trail of blood that was ignored by the staff. For the price, I’d expect this to be cleaned immediately. Very disappointing and unsanitary.

This hotel was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was so nice and so clean. The design and character of this hotel was absolutely beautiful, like nothing I’ve ever seen before! It was 10/10. I will for sure be going back here whenever I need a place to stay in the cities. Didn’t do any shopping, as I had an event to go to. But lots of bars and restaurants around. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely too! The only thing was parking. Luckily we found a meter right out front, but had to pay about $30 in total for parking for one night stay over. Not familiar with the cities to know if that’s average for parking though.

We love the atmosphere of the Hewing. The building and individual rooms are comfortable and well designed. The roof bar is a fun scene and the staff we met were all delightful. Only issue was no one to help w the luggage upon arrival and departure. Bar folks helped us w an informal gathering of friends. Parking was smooth and we felt bad that we didnt have cash to tip the valet
