Loved this hotel for proximity to the airport/ mall but still in a suburban area with nice eating options nearby. Staff very friendly, facilities wonderful with gym, hot tub and large beautifully decorated lobby for Christmas. Free shuttle to airport and mall was very appreciated. Coffee every morning available in the lobby with the flavored creamers (i do care about the little things like this). The bathroom was very nice and shower head felt amazing. Will definitely use this hotel again when visiting family in the future.

Very nice hotel in great location.

Very nice hotel in a great location. So many things nearby including coffee and grocery, and convenient to the hwy. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We’ll stay there again when visiting family in the area.

Uneven Floors

The room we stayed in had significantly uneven floors. When you wake up and walk around at night you feel like you’re on a boat. Staff were friendly. Nice location near Minnesota Zoo.

The place was impeccably clean. The staff had to be some of the most considerate, helpful people I've ever encountered. The beds were great and super comfortable and the overall design of the lobby was perfect.

The room smelled musty the whole time. I tried opening the window for a bit but as soon as I turned the a/c on, it made the room smell. The shower drain was clogged but did get it fixed on our last night. Overall, it wasn’t the original room we booked and when we asked to switch, they said it wasn’t an option. Staff was very nice. Hot tub, pool, and gym were clean and great. Parking was very easy.

Rooms are clean and spacious and beds are comfy. They allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated! Great location within walking distance of Target, Walgreens, and several restaurants. Maybe a 15-minute drive from the airport, far enough away to not have to deal with all the noise of planes taking off and landing. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan!

Spacious room with comfortable beds

The hotel is nice. The room was good size, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the floor above our room was unusually squeaky. Or there was a very heavy person in the room above.

Everything was overall mostly great! The guy checking us in to our room was very informative and helpful. We picked this hotel because it was one of the few nicer ones and had a hot tub. However the hot tub Jetts didn’t work very well and the water was barley warm very disappointing.
