Just minutes to Minnesota Zoo, Lebanon Hills Regional Park, Buck Hill Ski Resort, & the Twin Cities Premium Outlets.

This remodeled multi-level split style home features a relaxing family room on the main floor complete with a fireplace. Just a few steps up will lead you to the wide open living space where the kitchen and dining room are located. You can step onto the deck directly from the dining room to enjoy the private backyard. There are 4 bedrooms total with 3 bedrooms on the upper most level and 1 bedroom in the lowest level with its own living room right outside of it. The owner’s suite has a private half bathroom, the main upper level bathroom is complete with a tub and shower, and the main floor has a walk-in shower. You will find fresh fluffy towels all around the home. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for your stay. Laundry is available on-site as well as an attached 2 car garage.

Whole house, 2 car garage, driveway, backyard and deck. You will have full access to parking in the 2 car garage and the driveway. Apple Valley is a premier suburb of the Twin Cities and is a well established city that is centrally located.

We live only a few minutes away if you need anything however you can plan on complete privacy during your stay.

Location:
The home is located on the north end of Apple Valley right off of Hwy 77/Cedar Ave which is the main thoroughfare in the city. This main road will also take you quickly to all the major highways. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to close by shopping and dining.
