The staff was amazing. We experienced a tiny leak in the bathroom. Maintenance checked it out and moved us to a beautiful giant suite. The previous visit, I had to attend a funeral, so wanted to check in early. They were very accommodating, friendly and very caring

Honestly was not expecting to be check in and out to be anywhere as easy as it was!!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They explained everything I needed to know. Very helpful in explaining how to get my room and how charges work. So easy that I will be staying with them every time I go to Minneapolis! With out a doubt I highly recommend staying here.

I believe one of the receptionists’ name is Jonathan. He who needs a little work on his mannerisms as I was left very unsatisfied. I was being treated with no respect from the beginning. I hope he can treat others with respect! On the other hand, the General Manager, Randy was also snarky as he was rude to me on the phone and would not let me speak. I hope you guys can work on your communication skills and learn to realize everyone is a person who deserves to be treated as one.

Good evening Emmy, Thank you for such a polite reminder to all of us in the hospitality business who associates with guests. Good communication, listening skills, and our mannerisms are the key to problem solving any guests dissatisfaction. If we apply this to all guests concerns, we usually result in the guest leaving with a better satisfaction to their stay. I like to always remember that the guest don't need me, I need them. They are the sole reason I am even here. I apologize dearly that we did not meet the expectations you needed to feel heard, and respected. I will share your review with all staff in hopes that they are reminded that good mannerism is to be expected and how it can resolve conflicts all on its own if it was applied to the only way to communicate.

The first room they put me in wasn’t even cleaned. The pool and spa were closed, no where on the website did it state that! Bathroom vent was extremely dirty and ran all the time. Remote didn’t work for tv. They put me in a room with an adjoining door and I could hear the other guests talking. The hotel parking lot had may 10 cars and I was out in a room right next to someone. The continental breakfast you had to pay for! Only good thing was the price!
