Easy checkin/out and nice house for us to home base at while in Msp. The main level was spacious and cool and they had a little kitchen with toys, which my toddler loved! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was some minor things. The upstairs has window AC units that were loud and not aways the coolest consistent temp (but I'm so happy they were there cause it was warm when we were there), the kitchen was good sized but didn't have all the items I was hoping for (like a cutting board) to really cook much while there. I did appreciate the booster seat, kid plates, cups and utensils that were there!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood and was close to everything we planned to visit. We really loved the house and its character. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Great for the family

My family stayed here while we were visiting to meet the new baby! There was lots of room for the family including lots of beds annd spare blankets. It also had great kitchen that even included coffee. Great place for the family to stay and the host was so nice and easy to communicate with. Wonderful experience!

Perfect for mom and teens!

Everything was as described and communication with owners was perfect! My teens and I all had our own space to crash which is a HUGE priority for us. It was also super easy to get to and from Mall of America!

Hidden gem by diamond lake

We stayed two nights at the property and really enjoyed ourselves. The house is quaint and charming with gorgeous, creaky wooden floors and lots of space. The beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean, having a high chair and some toys for our little one was a really fun added bonus! The hosts are friendly and helpful and it’s a great location nestled close to down town Minneapolis but only 9 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend

Amazing stay!

Family and I came down for a family vacation! There was a play kitchen in the sun room that our girls loved! Perfect place to stay for what we were doing! Our weekend was perfect thank you 😊

This place did the trick

Was in nice quiet neighbourhood, good linen, comfortable beds & good TV. This property needs some TLC broken door knobs, some dirty walls, grass needs to be cut, weeds in the flower pots, some dirty old blinds and the fence has fallen down and in need of repair. I inquired if the property had a BBQ to which the reply was yes but didn't inform me it was a charcoal BBQ and it was loaded with ashes and not clean. The kitchen was very limited with cooking tools for example there were only 5 forks but we were booked in for a group of 6 & there were no oven mitts, or lemon squeezer, or garlic press just really really basic. The floors were incredibly slippery if your going bring slippers the owner should change whatever cleaning product is being used before someone gets hurt. Besides all that it wasn't too bad

Cozy and clean

The house was exactly as we expected. Six of us stayed for a few days and there was enough room for all of us. It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit on our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home away from home

Spent a long weekend here with family! Location was great - in between the city and the Mall of America, which was perfect because we frequented both during our stay. Home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. PLENTY of room for our little family with lots of play space for our exploring toddler! Communication was outstanding with owners. They were very quick - like minutes - to respond. 10/10!

Suitable for our purposes

The property is conveniently located (we spent most of our time in the downtown area) and well equipped for cooking and just general staying and relaxing. Seemed to be weak only in the hot water--which ran out rather quickly and was not very hot to begin with. We went to a gym most days so not so much of an issue. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Comfort away from home.

The house was very comfortable and clean. It was well stocked; both the kitchen and towels. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs got very when the downstairs was comfortable temperature but we just opened the windows and that helped. When we first arrived we couldn't get in with the code but the host responded right away and we were able to get in. No problem. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Sweet spot

This was a very charming place with character. The owner was easy to work with and even though there was a little noise, we would feel good staying here again in the future. The kitchen cabinet had coffee in it and the house was well kept inside....thanks for having us!

Here for ERAS

This place was perfect! My sister, sister in law, and niece came in for the Taylor Swift ERAS show and the location was unbeatable. Cute neighborhood with everything you need in walking or biking distance. 15 mins from the airport and 10 to US Bank Stadium (even in peak concert traffic). The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner was very communicative. Overall great stay!

Lake wedding trip

Property was as listed. Neighborhood seems to be in the process of a revitalization. We found charming local eateries and enjoyed a couple of the local parks. Parking at property was convenient since we were able to use the adjoining church parking lot.

Great place to stay in Minneapolis!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not… that was our only complaint. Parking at the church was very convenient. The street was quiet and felt very safe. The house was conveniently located and is a great choice for a place to stay in Minneapolis.

We would choose it again

We spent the Christmas holidays in the house, arriving on December 24th, right in the middle of a winter storm. After a bumpy trip, the home was ready with everything we needed and allowed us to rest and relax. The location is great, the perfect distance from downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul, shopping areas, and our local family. The neighborhood has its charm, full of bars and restaurants. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Brian was delightful, attentive, and ready to resolve doubts and assist. If available, we would choose it again in future visits to Minneapolis.

Cleaning payment

It was a nice older house but when we got there, there was hardly any towels So I looked in the dryer and there was a wet load of towels and linens. I had to take care of that to have enough towels. For what we had to pay for cleaning, I was very disappointed. There was no Kleenex. I sent the owner two messages for a different reason and wasn’t answered until 3 days after we left.
