"We purchased a room with 2 queen beds that stated it could accommodate 5 people, which we were traveling with. Upon arrival, there were 2 queen beds with no other sleeping options, we anticipated a small couch or pull-out. When I requested a hideaway, they could not provide this. They apologized for the inconvenience but provided no other options. We requested additional bedding to create a bed on the floor, after waiting 3 hours for housekeeping, it was delivered to our room at 11:00 pm. & left on the floor in the hallway, no knock to let us know it was there. I had granted permission for them to access our room if we were out, which we were not. After paying a very high room rate, I did hope to receive better service & a more enjoyable experience. We did find everything else about the hotel to be very nice & clean. There are multiple food options & the food court area is open late. This was very convenient after having traveled all day. "
