So easy to get around bordeaux was under an hour away and the tree top go ape type park in thenon was an hour and great for all ages, kids loved the pool. Hosts were fantastic. "The Chateau property was great,.. the golf team, spa team and Tres Fresques restaurant staff were all top notch, everyone was very helpful and friendly. A nod to the housekeeping staff, they always had smiles and were very efficient and thorough. However, we rated 'service' lower because of the Bistro staff. Two older men in particular, who worked many hours in the Bistro, were overly rude and insulting, so much so, we went to great lengths to go off property so we wouldn't have to endure their awful service. Nevertheless, we would love to come back to the property someday and refer it to our friends."
