「STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. 「This is as our second time staying at this resort but the first time at this condo and we LOVED it! The water pressure was awesome, top floor, great views and huge! It was just my husband and myself staying this time but we could have easily fit our kids here with us too. They even had beach toys for use in the closet and cleaning products to help keep the sand up during your stay. Highly recommend! Communication was perfect as well! 」

「Every night, the smoke detector beeped all night. Would love to go back to this place, if the smoke detector can be fixed and not beep. Other people also complained about this in their reviews. 「The property was great and the unit was exactly as advertised. The only issue is you need to know that you need to bring everything in. There was no dishwasher liquid, limited toilet paper , hand soap and paper towels. There is a Winn Dixie near by so get everything you think you will need.」
