Great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful large balcony with a lot of sun exposure and great outdoor furniture. We spent a lot of time there. Two very minor issues. Drawer left of stove has disintegrating joint at face plate. LR slider could use lubrication. We look forward to stay here again next year and would recommend it highly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival on Saturday we tried to pay early admission into our condo due to we were able to leave earlier than previously planned but the office closed at noon. Our other couples were able to contact their rental properties to get early access. Also, under our beds were extremely dirty and hadn't been cleaned for awhile; not mention our patio too. We tried to do a load of laundry one day and the dryer sounded like it might take off:( We tried to call maintenance but no response. I have stayed at Areil Dunes on multiple times and was always granted early access on Sunday at 1pm with no additional charge and this would have been nice since I had little one with me.
