A few mishaps in the beginning but Greg is an awesome host and handled everything quickly and efficiently. The home is beautiful and well equipped. The location was very quiet and the whole area was very accessible with the golf cart (so handy.) Beds were comfortable, rooms well spaced for 3 adults and 3 new high school grads.Kitchen was well stocked, (grill was available too)beach chairs and ice chest were there if needed. We had a fabulous time

The unit was very nice and clean. The golf cart was great as well.We wished we could have enjoyed the back porch area more but three days of rain prevented that.Overall we loved the place and the area.

Fantastic Home

Margarita Villa is exactly as described - a wonderful home for family, friends or couples. We loved our stay and our did dog too! The house is in a great location, fully stocked with everything you need, clean and beautifully decorated. The back patio has a nice view and the golf cart is an added bonus. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location & Amazing Service!

Great location minutes from the beach on a golf cart! A/C works great and the property management was awesome along with great communication! Beach chairs (4) and one umbrella available so you don’t need much! Really loved this place and will be back for sure! Thank you Greg!!!!

Spring Break 2023

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at this property! The house was exactly as pictured. Everything from dishes, to utensils, even beach towels and beach chairs, were more than sufficient to accommodate my family of 6. Although the beaches were quite busy (as one would expect during Spring Break) the house was the perfect, quiet retreat away from the crowds. The owners were truly wonderful and it was evident that a great deal of thought and care went into creating the perfect vacation getaway! I absolutely will be booking this property again in the future.

Beach get-a-way

This property has everything you need and the layout is great! Not only a master suite, but a separate bedroom/bath combo separate. The space is very comfortable with a cute design. We enjoyed the peaceful sitting area outside.

Family Get Away

House is very well appointed and near beach and golf courses. Golf cart makes getting around to the beach, golf courses and restaurants a breeze, and the Sandestin Area is made for golf carts! The house was more than adequate for my family of five, with updated finishes and appliances. The owner was fantastic in communication and giving us tips and locations for our stay. Easy access to the beach, although it is crowded if you aren’t there early enough to get your spot, and the house provided adequate beach chairs and umbrellas for our family of five. Outdoor area opens onto a golf course driving range, so a lot of open space to look at, but not to play in. We went for walks every morning, and there are great pathways to get around on. We will be back to enjoy this gem!

Great Property for a Relaxing Vacation

We rented this property from Saturday to Saturday including Memorial Day weekend. The property was as advertised in a good neighborhood, with easy access to pools and Baytowne. The golf cart was great for trips around the resort. The owner was very attentive before our trip and made sure all was well. We will put this rental on our list for the future.
