Another 2nd floor bedroom has a king bed with queen over queen bunk (sleeps 6). 1st floor king bed (sleeps 2), and a bedroom with TWO twin over twin bunks (sleeps 4). 3rd story bedroom has twin over twin bunk (sleeps 2). The 4th floor living area, has a wet bar and large sun deck with over 43' of viewing area, outside furniture to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. The 4th floor living area is14x20 with no beds.
Our neighborhood adjoins Sandestin Resort. You can walk or drive approx. 2 miles to Baytowne Wharf, the marina and tennis is 1.5 miles away. You can golf, play tennis, go to restaurants, see fireworks, a lot of family fun activities. Silver Sands Premium Outlet is 1.3 miles away!!! The amazing shops and restaurants at Grand Boulevard can't be missed, 1.8 miles from your perfectly located vacation home.
