UPSCALE CONDO! GULF FRONT, GATED COMMUNITY, PRIVATE BEACH.
As soon as you step inside this condo, you will be drawn directly to your gulf front beach from your deck. This 2BR/2BA condo provides awesome panoramic views of the Gulf from many areas in the condo: kitchen, dining room, family room, master bedroom, and almost anywhere you are in this condo. The spacious master bedroom suite has its own private entrance to the deck and a large window overlooking the gulf. A new king-size bed and new mattress bedding has just been added to the master suite. The sound of the waves during the night makes for a peaceful rest, yet when you open your eyes, the first thing you see is the gulf and beach from your large master window. The private master bathroom features a new walk-in shower, granite countertops, and double sinks.
The guest bedroom suite includes new furniture with 2 queen size beds and new queen mattress bedding. The large guest bathroom has 2 entrance doors either from the bedroom or hallway, and granite countertops. The condo sleeps 6 very comfortably.
The kitchen is totally up to date with that includes new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, quartz sink, new disposal, new cabinets, built-in ice maker, and is fully stocked. This spacious open kitchen, dining room, and family room condo provides a wonderful place to gather yet provides privacy with 2 spacious bedrooms suites with TVs in each suite. Enjoy the beachfront view with coffee or watch the sunset with cocktails.

This condo is located on the 4th floor of the Gulfside high-rise building directly on the beach. Hidden Dunes has 3 swimming pools including a beachfront pool with a view of the Gulf, hot tubs, a fitness center, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe area, a kids playground, a basketball court, professional-quality tennis courts with Pickle Ball Courts and outdoor grills. This condo also has a full-size washer and dryer and free resort-wide Wi-Fi and underground parking.

Pets are not permitted and this condo is a non-smoking unit. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

This is a comfortable condo and is nicely decorated, and the resort is great! We only swam in the pool at our building but it was very nice, and the beach was easy to get to and very nice and clean! We also played basketball and horseshoes with the grandkids, and they enjoyed that as well as the playground. And we all went fishing in the lake one morning but didn't catch anything...but the grandkids enjoyed that as well.

We love hidden dunes. One complaint is that the floors were not clean when we arrived. I know it’s hard with sand but floor was grimy esp in bedrooms n bathrooms.

Condo is absolutely beautiful! Hands down our favorite condo we have ever stayed in on the beach! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the ice machine deserves 5 stars alone as it’s a perfect addition for packing your cooler for the beach everyday. Hidden Dunes is a little hidden gem on Miramar. Very well kept and quiet given how busy of a week it was. Pool was never crowded and beach service was super friendly. Typical beach setup where you can rent 2 chairs & umbrella for the week and they reserved our same location for the entire week so no rush out every morning. Location couldn’t be beat as we had access to all of the amenities between Destin and Sandestin without the crowds. Saw several reviews about the elevator issues before going and we were a little concerned but must have been addressed as both elevators were running all week and we were all surprised at how fast they came, never more than a minute wait. You won’t be disappointed in this condo or location. We will definitely be back!

The room was very nice and clean . The view from the deck and master bedroom is awesome. The small commercial size ice maker worked great and was used daily. Also the easy check in through text and email was great.

Pros: Absolutely loved the condo! It was very well stocked kitchen, very nice appliances, updated beautifully, and our primary suite bed was beyond comfortable! We have stayed at Hidden Dunes for approximately 14 years and we consider this unit one of the best stocked and updated. The beach chair guys are the best too and helped make our beach experience exceptional! Especially nice that this unit provided a beach setup and made buying an extra set even better. Cons: the primary bedroom ceiling fan stopped working night 1, the primary toilet wasn’t cleaned AT ALL and luckily we always bring cleaning supplies, both toilet seats were broken, and lastly we didn’t like the bedding. Two sheets and a blanket… no comforter! I realize with Covid and all, that bedding standards may have changed… All small fixes that can make a world of difference for the next costumer. This condo is much too nice to have those small glitches cause without those, it’s a ROCKSTAR condo! On the fan… called in and they promised a repair guy on Monday, he didn’t show up until Wednesday and showed up unannounced and let himself in with my kids only in the room and claimed it was only the lack of a remote…which we never saw and he never found either…so we went and bought a fan at CVS. Property manager never responded to my husband’s text about the repairman’s visit on Wednesday either.

The beach service was horrible. The personnel were rude and condescending. The unit came with complimentary chairs and umbrella but we were never close to the beach. If we got any further from the beach we would have been in the parking lot. Very disappointed in this part of the condo. Other than that we were pleased with the unit itself. Very clean and up to date.

This place was exactly as the photo's in the VRBO listed. The condo was immaculately cleaned! The Condo is furnished with all the latest appliances. The beds are very comfortable as well as couches and chairs. The Building leaves shopping carts and a luggage cart by the elevator so hauling our luggage and groceries was easy. (As a note: Bring extra toilet paper, kleenex and paper plates as only one roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom.) Also, bring binoculars for dolphin viewing.
