Wonderful vacation

We had such a wonderful vaction. The porch and patio were great for evening gatherings. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart to get to and from the beach. The pools were nice for our younger kids The convience of grocery dtroes, shops and resturants were great

Grandson Beach Week

We wanted to take our grandsons to Miramar Beach and found this gem on VRBO! Beautiful location, close to pools, beaches, restaurants and a golf cart to get you there! Best week ever. Friendly staff checked on us regularly and were very precise when providing information!

SanDestin getaway

The location was good. We enjoyed having the golf cart to get around the resort. The screened in porch was a nice place to have our morning coffee. There were plenty of bath towels in the bathrooms, which was very nice. The dishwasher may need to be serviced because it didn’t dry the dishes very well. Also, the guest toilet needs to be bolted tighter to the floor

Clean, comfortable and super convenient

Place was as advertised, very clean and the golf cart made getting to activities easy. Comfortable beds and a nice layout. Well stocked kitchenware, however there is zero basics for cooking in the house. No salt, pepper, coffee filters or anything to cook with. Not a big deal, but this is only Vrbo I’ve encountered that and when you get in late and want a coffee in the morning it’s an unpleasant surprise.

The property was well-maintained and very comfortable. Great customer service with a golf cart issue. I would recommend this property to others. Our favorite activity was going to Baytown Wharf on the golf cart in the evenings for the entertainment and food.

Perfect Vacation Home

All rooms were very clean and had all supplies needed for a great vacation. The addition of the golf cart was perfect, we were able to go to the beach and park very near to the entrance. We also enjoyed Baytowne Wharf and walking around the many trails inside Sandestin.

Location is perfect!

Overall our stay was 10/10!The house was as described/pictured. Plenty of seating and space for my family to fit comfortably, and the location was directly inside of the gate, so it was extremely easy to navigate our way around. The neighborhood was also very quiet and felt extremely private. The main downside is only being provided 1-2 uses worth of kitchen/bathroom items…I feel with a week long rental a weeks worth should be provided. So just make sure to bring hand soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper…etc.The golf cart was different than pictured, but we had absolutely no issues with it whatsoever. About an hour after we checked out we realized we had left something in the property, and all it took was a quick phone call to the management company for them to give me a single use code to access the house. Very very helpful!Overall my family had an amazing stay, definitely recommend!

Family Friendly Resort!

This home was very clean and gave every beach vibe needed! It came with beach chairs and toys for the kids as well as a necessary amenities, including the golf cart that you will need to better access everything the resort has to offer, including beach access! We were very pleased with them home and the community. The only thing I’d recommend would be that the golf cart be upgraded to a 6 seater since our party was for 5 persons and the home rooms 6 persons. Also, the washer and dryer was were not full size and therefore can’t wash more than a few items at a time. We would definitely book again in this community!

Great location! Loved loved the resort!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was a little dated and needed a few upgrades however our stay was great! When we arrived the golf cart had a flat tire they brought us a loaner and couldn't get ours fixed for a couple of days due to weekend but they fixed it and was so nice and helpful. Each time we contacted them they gave it their all to resolve the problem (and did). As a vacation host myself I always want a clean condo and this one was. Had a lot of amenities and location is great! We had a blast! Would highly recommend this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the starter kits, no need for extra toiletries, dish soap, trash bags, or linen all were well stocked. The beds were very comfortable! Wish the kitchen was better stocked with pots, spatulas, Tupperware, etc as we like to do our own cooking for most meals. The golf cart got us where we needed to go but was very dirty and rusty; also not very convenient to back in to small space to charge. We had one issue that we called about and they came out and fixed promptly. Overall was very nice and great for kids too!

Wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Magnolia Place. We had everything we need to cook meals every night. The kids had plenty of places to play, the screened in porch, the patio, the swing out back. The golf cart made it easy to get everywhere. The house was extremely clean. And the beds!! So comfortable! We loved being able to login to our streaming networks on the tvs after a day at the beach to watch a movie and relax or be able to play games at the family sized dining table. The outside shower was great to rinse everything off before going inside after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the neighborhood pool, going to Baytown Wharf and going over to the shops. The house was a perfect size for the 6 of us (3 adults and 3 kids). The kids loved the bunk beds and each having their own TVs. We will definitely be back!!
