Weekend Sandestin getaway

Great place

Was great only thing I would recommend is them being able to accommodate an early check in as we were waiting around until 4pm when the the room was empty and clean but we could not enter the code until 4pm

Great place but confused

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at your Luau 7505 , the room was great, we enjoyed seeing all the fireworks up & down the beach, the fireworks from the Hilton were right there up close! Loved it!!The only thing that is irritating to me is that you charge us for cleaning, but yet leave a list of stuff to do before you check out of the room, I don’t feel that if we are being charged a hefty fee for cleaning that we should be the ones cleaning the room!!! I would recommend this to a friend but only if the cleaning fees weren’t so much!

Great place for two!

Nice studio in Sandestin. Easy check in and the condo was exactly as described. The pool area was nice and the beach is just a short walk down a trail.

Wonderful Stay!

This room had everything we needed for a few days. The bed is extremely comfortable and the view of the beach is great. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Stay at Sandestin Condo

We had a wonderful time staying in FL. Loved the view! I was thinking there was a little kitchenette in the condo, so it was challenging trying to cook bacon and eggs in a microwave. Huge bathtub was nice to soak in after a long day. It was great for just the two of us.

Overall good stay

Everything about the place was great, the pool was nice and the walk to the beach was easy. The only thing that I didn't like was when you get to the beach one side is reserved for Hilton guests only and the other side is full of Sandestin beach chair rentals so if you bring your own stuff you basically have no room on the beach unless you sit behind all the chairs and then you can barely see the water.

Wonderful

Beautiful view, clean room, comfortable bed, great property, short and easy walk to the beach! The pool and hot tub on the property were wonderful also. Tiki hut at the pool was open every day during our stay and offered food and drinks. Great location, very close to stores and restaurants. I would recommend this property and would book again! :)

It's a BIG studio with great view. You are not far away from the beautiful beach to walk. little tip; when you go to the beach, take a parasol and beach chairs that sits inside closet next to the door. I will recommend to any couple if the plan to visit Sandestin, FL.

Relaxing

Bed was comfy, room was nice, loved the view of the ocean and beach, the internet was very slow on the t.v. while trying to watch in evening, and the balcony was extra small, there was only one elevator working at this time, which made for a huge wait time, but overall it did the job. The kids and i enjoyed ourselves.
