1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This incredibly large kitchen extends into the dining room and has everything you need to entertain your group with modern high-end appliances. It includes an extra large refrigerator, two prep sinks, double drawer dishwasher, a gas stove with griddle extension, two ovens, a separate ice maker, and all the cookware and utensils you will need. The beautiful oversized island has seating for six.

DINING ROOM: The spacious dining room is on the left-hand when you walk through the door. The sizeable elegant table seats 12 people.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is on the right-hand side and has an extensive sectional, several other seating options, and a large flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is located off the living room and has a king-size bed, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom that is quite large and stunning. It includes a double sink vanity, a stand-up shower with a rain head faucet, and a stand-alone bathtub.

BATHROOM (HALF BATH) #7: This beautiful and stylish half bath is located off the living room.

LAUNDRY: The laundry is on the first floor, near the back door. It includes a full-size washer and dryer.

BACK PATIO + OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: When you are not at the beach, you will most likely be in the backyard around or in the oversized 18 x 35-foot pool featuring a built-in overflow spa and swim-up tanning ledge. There’s seating for 8 to cook meals in the summer kitchen with a commercial ice maker, grill, and wet bar. Abundant sunlight streams down all afternoon with the southwest exposure. Chaise lounges are lined up around the deck for sunbathing. The large lot in the rear is over 100 feet deep and landscaped with plants for privacy!

BATHROOM #8: On the first floor outdoor covered porch is a full bathroom with a stand up shower! Perfect for rinsing off after the beach!

LIVING/ARCADE + BUNK AREA: Right at the top of the stairs, it opens to another living space. This space has some cozy seating, two separate areas with flat screens, a bar, an arcade, and also 1 full-over-full bunk bed. The bar has a mini fridge and a Keurig.

BALCONY: Located off the living space is a very large balcony that runs the length of the back of the home, overlooking the backyard space.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom is past the living space and to the right. It includes a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a double sink and stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Walk through the living space to get to bedroom #3. It includes a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a single sink vanity and stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is through the living space and to the far right. It includes a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a double sink and stand-up shower. This bedroom also has access to the large balcony described above.

BEDROOM (BUNK ROOM) #5: This bedroom is near bedroom #2, through the living space. It includes a custom-built, queen-over-queen bunk bed. There are also two flat screens, one inside each bunk.

3RD FLOOR:

BEDROOM (BUNK ROOM) #6: Another bunk space is at the top of the stairs. It has a custom-built, full-over-full bunk bed and two flat screens, one in each bunk space. This space also has another small bar with another mini-fridge.

BEDROOM #7 + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom is past the bunk space and down the hall. It includes a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a single sink vanity and stand-up shower.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

BOOKING POLICIES:
Student, College, and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.

-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.

-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

PARKING:
-ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 5 CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
