Quiet

Comfortable. Master shower could use a good scrubbing to remove stains on tile. Hand soap (or any soap) in master bath would have been nice.

Great location

Great location. Very happy with the condo. It was simple check in and check out. Condo was very comfy and had everything needed for a nice vacation. Looking forward to next vacation here.

Do NOT recommend

The very first thing that threw us off was walking up to the condo and noticing there were camera outside the front and back door. We have stayed in seascape condos for years and come here 3 times a year and never ever have we had someone with cameras watching us enter and leave. Gave us a weird vibe to start the trip. The condo appeared nice and up to date at first glance but once we got inside it was not clean at all. The runners in the bathrooms were covered with hair and the toilet had what looked like urine stains around it. I contacted the owner who stated someone would come clean again the next morning and never did. We initially arrived in seascape early and attempted to check in early, however, we were told it wasn’t clean yet and that’s why we couldn’t check in early. Obviously it wasn’t clean either once we checked in. One of the sinks in the master room wouldn’t drain due to stopper being broken. The tv in the master room also quit working and gave an error message on about the 2-3 day of our stay. Not pleased at all with this stay.

Great week in Miramar!

House was clean and updated. Very roomy and just a short drive to the beach. It was so quiet and friendly. Would love to book here again for another vacation.

Nice Condo!

We had a nice stay near Miramar Beach in this condo. Lois was very kind & responsive when we had to reach out upon check-in. The condo was surprisingly well-equipped with items like beach toys for the kids. Everything was updated and very nice. The golf course is one of the more poorly maintained I’ve played on, but it was easy to get afternoon tee times and nice to play so close to the condo. The beach nearby (5 minute drive to parking lot and then just walk across street) was absolute beautiful.

Great property with a few hiccups

Enjoyed the stay. It was a nice size, with all of the amenities. The Only problems were, the door knob came off from inside when we entered the place, the top bunk had trash underneath the mattress, All of the towels were damp, the master shower slow drained. He had maintenance come fix the knob and shower, and said he will talk to the cleaning people about the towels. Other than those things, the stay was good.

Few Problems

Other then the broken ceiling fan, main TV remote didn’t work and NO toilet bowl brush, it was nice. We stayed in this unit a year ago w/o any problems.

Perfect place for us!

We loved this place. We’ve been coming to Seascape for 15 years and this is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. Besides the broken chair in the living room upon our arrival and the need for more bath towels for 6 people, the rest of the condo was perfect. Thank u for a great stay.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Luis, the property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the air conditioning. The pictures on the listing accurately reflect the nicely appointed condo. We'd be very happy to stay here again.

Great Destin Condo !!

We were in town for a softball tournament & mixed in a family vacation! This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The updates are amazing (feels brand new!) and our entire family felt right at home all week. The beach is a quick 7min walk and there is a pool less than 2minutes from the front door! My only negative would be requiring towels to be washed, dried and put away. With a 10am check-out that is hard to do! Besides that (which is a very minor complaint) this was a perfect family get away! We hope to be back!

Great condo!

The condo is completely renovated and very thoughtfully decorated. My only concern was how picky the check out requirements were, especially considering when we got there, we noticed stains on the floor and when I swept I found stuff under the couch and chairs that we didn’t leave there. The owner is very particular about how you keep the condo clean, but it doesn’t appear the cleaning crew is doing that. Also, what bugged me most, was having to wash dry and fold all towels before leaving. This was hugely inconvenient and a big stressor when trying to pack up a family of six and leave at a decent time in the morning. Considering the price for the condo, it really shouldn’t be expected of renters to do their own laundry. Overall, the condo was great and the owner was easy to reach and we really enjoyed our time at Seascape.

Spring Break 2019

The condo has been recently updated and is beautiful. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach and a pool near by. We found everything we needed for preparing meals. The patio was peaceful and we enjoyed watching the golfers go by. Miramar Beach is a favorite area, we will be back. Thank you
