Pretty nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean place. TVs in living room and one bedroom are not smart tvs so be ready to only watch Cable tv. One ply toilet paper was aweful. They would do well to “splurge” on a decent roll of tp in each bathroom. Sometimes it’s the little things that are appreciated.

Clean and Convienient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was clean and convienient to the beach. It stated in the listed that we were a 5 min walk from the beach, I would like to say that isn't quite accurate, especially with kids and beach cart. Seascape didn't have private beach access either, but they did have parking across from the beach and whales tail. Property was clean and secure and quiet. We thought we were not going to have access in our unit to washer and dryer, but it did have that. TV in guest bedroom didn't work. It also had the coolest fold a way bed in the living room under the tv. Beds were a little more firm than what we like, but overall it was clean and nice.
