I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

At first there was a little confusion because of all the codes. I emailed and called like 9 times and finally someone was able to help me. Come to find out I never received the text with all that information that was supposed to be sent two days earlier. Other than that our stay was perfect. There is so much to do there you can spend the whole day and still not see everything to do.

Nice hotel room
The area of Baytowne Wharf was disappointing due to closures because of lack of staff. The pool/BBQ area is beautiful and the room was as fine, very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Great for those on a budget.

small but sufficient, parking is difficult
It was very clean and nice to have some beach chairs and umbrella available. It would be great if there were just a few mirrors outside of the bathroom. With 4 guests, it would have been nice to do some grooming outside of the bathroom while it was occupied. Parking was challenging, just not enough spots for the complex. This was pretty frustrating every day.
