Amazing Vacation Home!

This place was truly an amazing stay. As soon as my group got inside, we were astonished. The place was so clean and tidy. It had everything that we saw whenever we viewed the property online. The owners were amazing people who have helped a lot of people in Haiti. We were given some Haitian coffee and some chocolate from Dominican Republic? I believe. Overall, everything about this place was amazing. My group’s favorite thing was definitely the arcade machines that have hundreds of games. We are definitely staying here again if we have the chance!

Beautiful, well maintained vacation home.

The house was beautiful and newly built. The layout was perfect for large groups and having a golf cart available to us was awesome. The house was also beautifully furnished and provided plenty of beach chairs. The location was only a few blocks from the beach and within very close distance to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. The only downfall was the unexpected construction that would start at 7 am, right beside us. This hindered our ability to sleep in on vacation! As beautiful as the pool area is, the development will quickly outgrow the community pool with the added rentals. Overall it was fantastic and we would absolutely (and hopefully will) book the same property again for many years to come. It was one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed in.

Love love love

When we booked this Spring Break trip, we thought the house was too good to be true, so I was a bit hesitant - Would it look like the pictures? Would there be enough space? Would it work for our three families? Yes, yes, and yes. Beautiful home, close to the pool, short walk to the beach, convenient golf cart, great location - we loved it all and are thankful we found this little slice of paradise. Moms will love the two sets of washer and dryers that fit nice big loads, the extra towels in each bathroom, and the nice BIG fridge to share with other families. Five stars - highly recommend!

Wonderful House and Property Management

Everything about this property was 5 stars!. The communication from start to departure could not have been better. We are always a little nervous when planning a trip anymore just via photos, but this property exceeded our expectations. We had a mix of family (2 over 80, 3- 20 somethings, 2- 30 somethings, 2 middle aged and 2 under 2!!!) Everyone was VERY happy with the space and privacy. I will 100% be back and look up this property!

Family memories

Property was spacious & clean! Our families enjoyed easy access to the ocean using the golf cart! Our Grandchildren had a wonderful time using the pool & we used the barbecue grills several times! We had 11 in our group from 7 to 70 years old! Fun week making lots of memories!!!

Great house for our tennis trip!

There were 7 of us in this great house. We loved it! Plenty of space, very nice bathrooms, great kitchen. The bedrooms are wonderful! The weather wasn’t great for swimming or beach going, but it was very nice the day we arrived, and we had one great day of tennis. We would return to Seas the Day!

Great location and perfect house!

We had an amazing time! Perfect for our family, the kids loved the golf cart and arcade games. The bunk beds were also a plus! Great restaurants near by and rolled ice cream. The community pool area is very nice. We will be back to Seas the Day!

First Floor Patio and View

One of the highlights of the property is the open area on 1st floor, and the rear patio that faces the pond. From the patio you have direct access to pond/water and the pool. Enjoyed the view. Only drawback is that there is no bedroom on the first floor. House was nicely furnished and decorated. Large refrigerator was an asset. Had a minor problem getting one to the eyes on the range to heat and getting the oven to maintain heat when switching from one setting to another. Had turn it completely off and retry. Property management instruction also stated that thermostat should not be set lower than 70 degrees. Some family members are more accustomed to sleeping at around 68 degrees. This posed a little discomfort. 5:00 check-in time wasn't received well by some family. Overall good stay.

Best Multi-Family vacation!

Seas the Day allowed for the best family vacation for our group! We had plenty of personal space for adults, teenagers and littles. With the close proximity to the beach, we could easily pack everything on the golf cart and then get home quickly when the littles got fussy. And when the waves got big, the kids were happy to play in the pool while dad's grilled and watched tv. The tables around the house and pool area allowed our group of 16 to eat meals together and play cards in the evening. All the guests got to know one another and shared grill tips. Hands down a great vacation and cannot wait to do it again next year!

Amazing location, property and communcation!

My friends, family and I loved our stay at Seas the Day! The property was beautiful, immaculately clean, and just perfect for our week's stay. The Staff at Destin Dreamers was very attentive and didn't hesitate to ask us if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We had so much fun and we didn't have to worry about anything as everything was communicated and provided above and beyond our expectations. We are already planning our next trip back to Destin to stay at Destin Dreamers! Thanks again for everything!

Birthday trip

I would like to give this location a five star review if I can get more I would.i It was my birthday weekend and my first vacation over seven years. It was highly needed and meet all my expectation with my small kids. And a group of my family came in from other locations which was very important there's nothing like being with family on you special day. This house made us feel so at home it was so beautiful. I cannot explain how happy I was it was I'm very picky and I had no complaints. Looking at this location for the next few trips cause everyone wants to stay here again.

Amazing Beach House!

Our stay at Seas the Day was beyond amazing. The house has plenty of room for our large group and is super clean and well cared for. Kids love the bunk rooms and arcade games (us adults did too!). Golf cart is a life saver shuffling everyone to the beach, which is incredibly close. There are tons of amenities from the interactive screen with lots of local information to board games we all enjoyed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to stay in and cook. Extra refrigerator in the garage came in very handy. The community pool area is also really nice and we loved that the kids could access it safely from the back yard. Lastly, the management company Destin Dreamers was a fantastic host!

Amazing House

Amazing house. Very big and nice. Host was very responsive. Location of the house was ok. Just neighbors really loud and the parking was ridiculous from neighbors. Couldn’t sleep on sofa bed. Had bugs on it. Couldn’t tell if it was regular bugs or bed bugs on sofa bed. Message host and they responded very quickly.

Beautiful Home in a perfect Locations

We loved this home and all of it's amenities. It is spacious and close to everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach. The golf cart was a life saver!!! The only thing I would suggest would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The morning sun is super bright in ALL of the bedrooms and can be annoying when you really want to sleep late. Other than that I loved it and would definitely book again!!!

We had the BEST time at Seas the Day! It fit our family of 18 perfectly! It was clean and well maintained. The children loved the pool, the video game, the bunk beds, and playing hide-and-seek throughout the house. The adults loved the additional feature of having a golf cart to transport the 9 kids and items to and from the beach. The host was exceptionally informative and helpful. We recommend the house and can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful home! Gorgeous beach!

This beautiful home was the perfect size for our large group of 18. It had 5 king rms with en suite baths, 2 bunk rooms & 2 living rooms. The best thing was laundry rooms on 2 floors! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked also with everything you need for cooking. We enjoyed the BBQ & pool area, which was a very short walk. The community was nice, clean, and well kept. My only complaints are that the main refrigerator in the kitchen was broken so we had to split the cold items between the fridge in the garage and a smaller temporary fridge added to the kitchen. This was only a minor inconvenience, but the main issue was that we were not told until 3 hours after we got there and loaded the fridge. Only then did we check and realize the food was not chilled. Thank goodness nothing spoiled. I also had to leave the dryer door on the 3rd floor open so it would stop turning. When the timer finished the heat would go off but it would not stop spinning even when I hit the power button to turn it off. Lastly, we enjoyed the golf cart that was included with the house, but I wish the beach was a little closer. It was a 3 minute drive to the gorgeous public beach, but parking was sometimes a problem later in the day. I recommend getting there early during busy season. The beach was beautiful! Overall, we loved the house but it definitely needs a new fridge and dryer. That is an easy fix. Distance to the beach would not stop me from renting it again. We enjoyed our stay. Luxury living

This house was beyond beautiful in every way! It had plenty of space for all of our family and the community was nice. It was only minutes from the beach and close to many stores for shopping. We will be booking again next summer!
