Great Place for a family vacation.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of space for 3 families with kids. The pool was perfect for our kids. . .smaller pool only 5’ deep. There are two golf carts (6 and 4 seater) perfect for multiple families. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodations and would rent again.

Just ok

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a great location- beyond that, just ok. I thing in the kitchen to actually cook a decent meal with, pitiful pots and pans I would say- the owner came by which I would say is creepy, the electric blinked out on us for a night (8+ hours). Zero compensation and we even had a complaint the we were parked on the grass - it was our neighbor. Terrible company, just so-so house

Lovely Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Crystal Lake. The home was exceptionally clean and our starter supply of items lasted the entire week. The golf carts were amazing and the resort is so beautiful. Our only challenge was the heat and air conditioning which can only be changed by the owner using a code. During the month of October, it can be very warm during the day and cool at night so it's important, at least to our family, that we have the ability to modify the temperature of the home. While I can appreciate the desire for cost control, I would have to text the company and then they would have to text the owner. The rental company was amazing and apologetic, but it was frustrating. For this reason, we would not stay in this home again.

Another awesome stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic! This was our 2nd rental with MVH and the service was top notch. The property was as described and our crew really enjoyed our stay. The added benefit of the two golf carts and pool put this over the top from most gulf area properties. The community is close to everything, yet away from the busyness of hwy 98, which was ideal. What I think sets MVH apart from other rental companies is their attention to detail, proactive communication, and value added amenities. My Vacation Haven will always be our first choice when looking for gulf rentals.

Beautiful home.

Great place for a family gathering. So much to do in this development. Having golf carts was a great benefit to travel into town since we only had one car. Any issues were addressed right away . No complaints.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good but not great. Mattresses could definitely be replaced. Ice maker not working next to washer dryer. There should be more towels and washcloths available. An upgrade on kitchen cookware and dinnerware is needed. Pool and golf carts were wonderful to have. For the cost of this rental I think we could have found something better

3rd Time to rent this place

James even offered to help us get to the airport because we had a late flight. This was the 3rd time we have stayed here. The pool is awesome and the golf carts are great as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Spring Break 2021

Beautiful property--great location. The house was well laid out and very comfortable for our party. Although a minor detail, the dishwasher leaked and was in need of repair and there was not 1 full length mirror in the entire house. With 5 women in our group, this presented a minor problem!! :) All in all the our trip to Sandestin was wonderful and we would recommend this property to friends and family.

Beautiful Home - Not fans of the Ring doorbell

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in excellent condition & was perfectly cleaned. We were looking forward to using the fire pit as the description indicated, but it was nowhere to be found. The pool would have been an awesome feature but was too cold to use due to the time of year we visited. The waterfall, however, provided a soothing sound effect while we enjoyed the back porch/yard. The two golf carts were so handy & we had the best time driving around the resort & looking at the beautiful homes! I will say that we were NOT fans of the Ring doorbell as it felt like we were being watched and/or judged in a way. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
