Private Cottage to nurture the soul

  • Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway near the entrance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. Located on a 15 acre property, with access to a 100 acre private cattle ranch nearby. Plenty of trails for those wonderful and peaceful walks. Our apartment boasts privacy, along with amenities only found in fancier hotels. Refrigerator has bottled water for our guests, as well as a complimentarily breakfast.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in The Cozy Cottage. Traci en John zijn geweldige hosts, met een heerlijk gevoel voor humor. De cottage is brandschoon en beschikt over alles wat je maar nodig hebt voor een heerlijk verblijf. Ik hoop hier zeker nog eens terug te kunnen komen.

The location of this house is wonderful. Many trees and birds and turkeys. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Enjoyed talking with our host family! Most welcoming folks.

It was an amazing stay at the cozy cottage! Traci and John greeted my wife and I, as well as our dog, and showed us around even though we checked in at 8pm. The tub was a great experience after going through the sequoia national park. Would love to come back for more nights!

The Cozy Cottage was spotless, and I’m picky about cleanliness. The hosts were gracious, friendly and informative. No detail was overlooked. They even provided a home cooked breakfast! Exceeded our expectations in every way. And so close to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Would highly recommend.

The owners met us on arrival and gave us a tour showed us how to work the heater where to find things they were just amazing! They gave us our pin to mark our home on the map of all of their visitors and then brought us eggs and waffles in the morning made fresh from there free range chickens.

We stayed four nights, as the location was close to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. The hosts were so hospitable and the cottage was super cute and comfortable.

Traci and John are incredible hosts! Warm and welcoming. The cozy cottage is just as advertised and more. All the amenities that you need and wonderful breakfast included along with orange juice. Well stocked kitchen goodies , drinks and desserts. We definitely will come back and stay longer. Beautiful drive and wonderful bird watching. If every want a stay close to Kings canyon and the Sequoias , this is the place you want to stay. Thank you again John and Traci

An awesome home base for my exploration of Sequoia and Kings Canyon!

The whole cottage was comfortable and cozy, and that bathtub after a long day of hiking was amazing. The hosts made sure I had a hot breakfast every morning, and I was visited by wild turkeys and a friendly rooster. I would absolutely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Cozy Cottage. The apartment was fun, clean, and eclectic. We had a short drive to the entrance of Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. The hosts, John and Tracey, made the visit memorable and unique with their hospitality and breakfast . We would definitely consider coming back !
