「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...」

「The property and all of the units are beautiful. The family apartment was literally a whole apartment with a giant kitchen, two rooms, two bathrooms, and a living room area on the top floor. It was actually more room than my friend and I needed but our stay came in the middle of a long trip and the separate spaces was appreciated. They are in a great area, easily to get to from Ljubljana, our first day we went in to Vipava to visit some wineries, and our second day it was easy to pop across...

「Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room,...

「This was such a cute place and had a communal kitchen. The "Grey" room is lofted, so maybe not best for those that have trouble with stairs, but I loved it. I wish I had more time to spend in my room. Great shower too and Manuele was so nice! I had to show him my passport when I checked in and pay the tax, just a few euros. Not sure why it wasn't all included, but I had cash. Great place overall, be prepared for an uphill walk that's well worth it!」

There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area that you can walk to. I was a little worried about the video station check in but it was fine. It would have been nice to have salt, pepper and olive oil in the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.」

"Location are the best, room is new modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast are good just a bit too many people, but restaurant staff are nice. Receptions seem a bit busy. Hotel entrance with 10 steps to go in but good that have a lift so not a problem if you carry big suitcase"
