"Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud."

Nicely tucked away near the entrance of the fort and behind the main streets so away from most of the hustle and noise, though still central to the main Fort attractions. "Great location. Friendly staff. While it looks clean there are corners and spots of lack of hygiene. Also when u ask for room cleaning they only do the bed. They don’t clean the bathrooms or replace glasses or clean the room. The make shift gym was also very dirty and I had to ask them multiple times to clean it. The jacuzzi while I seen the worker clean it- I didn’t think it was clean enough. Also while breakfast is included in the package- 1 morning we were told there is no buffet and we had to order whatever we wanted from eggs and Indian dosas. While overall a good place and staff are helpful - would expect more for what we pay for"

"From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. As a Gold status member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the highest room upgrade available, and the entire team went above and beyond to make my stay special. A special mention to the Front Desk Manager and the Property Head—two of the kindest and most gracious hospitality professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Their personal attention and genuine care made all the difference. The property itself is beautiful, with a charming boutique feel, lovely spaces to relax, and excellent food throughout the stay. Every detail reflected thoughtful hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction. An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. This is a boutique property that is truly worth visiting, and I would happily return again. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Reception staff Chalaka prepared the room when I arrived at the hotel at least 2 hrs before check-in time and was very helpful throughout my stay. Thank you Chalaka. Clean, well equiped room and bathroom facilities with a comfortable bed. Since the Hotel is on the main road, there are many eating and shopping facilities to use. "

"What a fantastic little hotel in Mirissa. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing. Waking up in a four-poster bed and stepping onto a balcony overlooking the beach and coconut trees was an absolute joy. The pool was lovely, and from the balcony you could even see Coconut Tree Hill. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas. Tuk-tuks are easy to find if you want to explore further, but honestly, everything you need is just around the corner. Lastly, the staff were incredibly attentive, especially Damith, who looked after us so well. Thank you so much."
