“The place was very nice and perfect for our stay! However, it really wasn't very clean when we checked in. Dirty tissues, a toy truck and a child's sock were under one of the beds, and the kitchen drawers were quite dirty - one contained an open package of corn tortillas. But we had a wonderful time and the space really was perfect for our group. We'd recommend this to anyone looking to stay close to Traverse City - it's not far to the east side of town.”

“Very clean and nice location. I felt, though, the communication could be better. You are dealing with a property management company using AI for answers to questions I had-could never speak with a person. Also, nothing in the way of any binder in the condo for restaurant suggestions or sites to see, etc. They will not give you the address and entry code until 1 hour before check-in.”

“Location and neighborhood got a 1 star only because it listed the property off of Williamsburg road, about 12 miles east. Which also ties into the accuracy of listing. Which was the appeal. The location ended up working out just fine, but was a little disappointed. Cleanliness was overall great, but there was an ant problem. Through the house! Kitchen counters, bathrooms, bedrooms. They didn’t pose too much of an issues, but they were noticeable. ”
