「A comfortable room for two. Very clean. Excellent location as it's about 13 miles from Santa Maria NWR, Estero Llano State Park, Bentson Rio Grande State Park and about 8 miles from Edinburgh Scenic Wetlands. There are lots of restaurant chains plus a Costco and Walmart within 2 miles. Easy access to the expressway. Private entrance with a parking space in front of the door. A very nice neighborhood. My GPS screwed me up and led me astray, but the hosts were terrific helping me find them. I...

During my stay, a family emergency arose, and the property manager demonstrated exceptional kindness and assistance in resolving a minor booking issue. I was truly grateful for his compassionate support during such a challenging time. Additionally, the property's proximity to various fast food restaurants, a supermarket, a gym, and major roads made it incredibly convenient for me. 」

「All good. This was our second time renting from Mr. Cavazos. The place was clean and well stocked/appointed. This 3BR/2BA suite offered plenty of room for the comfort of our family of 4 adults (so much better than 2 hotel rooms). We had one issue early in our stay (our fault; we locked ourselves out), and Mr. Cavazos was quick to respond and address. Overall, and once again, it was a very pleasant stay.」
