Liana One features a well-appointed main room with a luxurious king-sized bed, a cozy queen-sized bed in the second room, and or third room that offers the flexibility of two single beds or a king-sized setup. The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the inviting leather lounge, complete with an A-frame smart TV and Starlink Wi-Fi, ensures that entertainment is always within reach.
The apartment is known as the Red Tulip Oak, fun fact, is celebrated for its ornamental beauty, resembling the Silky Oak. When cut at a specific angle, it reveals an attractive ‘water wave’ pattern. Historically, this wood was used for house battens and roof shingles, although it was prone to wood borer attacks and often treated with a Boric acid solution.
