“One of the reasons that I wanted to get this place was because of the backyard. But when we got there, it was dirty. The table and the chairs and the grill were filled with spiderwebs. There was no way I was going to use that. Also, it’s like a double property rental. There’s a house behind it and there’s a gate that separates the two houses. At one point, there was a man standing right outside of the kitchen window, which really freaked me out. The communication with the host was not terrible,……

“The Anzio house was nice and large enough for our family gathering of 15 persons. The patio and tennis court were very beautiful. However, the house has some items that should be fixed, such as:there is a window in the shower of a bedroom on the left side of the house. The wood trim of this window is severely rotted and very disgusting. It’s clear that this window should have been replaced years ago.The two small bedrooms near the laundry room have double beds though these bedrooms were……

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience with agent , great communication, easy to book. House was in a terrific location and had lots of usable space.
