「Great location. The condo was perfect.」

「Great location and excellent communication with host.」

「What a charming place with great atmosphere!! Our flight was 3 hours late, and we got in after midnight -- it was such a welcoming arrival to come into the door and have this beautiful, comfortable, festive and magical setting waiting for us! The owner has The decor just makes you feel so happy to be in Memphis. Such a short walk to so many great places -- The Rendezvous for Ribs was just a minute's walk, Beale St and the National Civil Rights museum..... Great Location. The bed was so...

「So my son had an early event (Foodie tour) in Memphis, and after contacting the host, he was able to check into the property a little earlier. He called me and said that this placed I had booked for him was the "Bomb" as the younger generations would say. The entire unit was so emaculating and to my taste, which is a 5-star or better. He loved the stay, very clean/spotless and convenient location, and easy check-in/out. Check him out on TikTok, Micaah-Mike.Thank You Host and VRBO, for making...

「This was an absolutely outstanding Vrbo experience! The home was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed. You can tell the host put a tremendous amount of thought into every detail to make guests feel welcome. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better. Right in the heart of downtown Memphis, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed over the Fourth of July, and being just a short walk from...

「I thought the location was great, and there was plenty of space. However, the photos on the website were inaccurate and should be updated to reflect the current furniture and accessories. The host is very nice.」

「Very nice place」

「We were unable to use the garage parking as the opener did not work」

「The property is well furnished, clean and quiet. Very close to many places- Beale St, Lorraine Hotel, Mississippi River is just down the street. Communication with the owner was easy, they responded to questions quickly. Parking is secure. Definitely need to use the map for the parking lot that the owner provides. This was our first time visiting Memphis and will definitely stay here again for a second trip.」

「My stay was amazing , had everything I needed . Was super close to stores and restaurants. The host was very professional and responded back quickly with anything I needed . 10/10 would recommend. 」

「The location could not have been better. So happy to be where we were - Walking distance to BealeStreet, to the beautiful park, and the Loretta Motel/Museum. The apartment was lovely – comfortable and well equipped. If you want the air mattress, be sure to let Michelle know. Just an FYI.」

「Great stay. Convenient location. 」

「Charged full amount for stay and confirmed reservation. Never provided access to property but did not cancel either. No communication of any kind. Got to Memphis on Labor Day Weekend with no place to stay.」

「We were very appreciative that we were able to find a place at the last minute but sorry we cannot give any higher of a rating. There was glitter on the living room carpet. There was a glue with glitter smeared on the kitchen table. I was able to clean it off but why did I have to clean it? There were only 2 glasses and 3 coffee cups. There were no spoons at all. There was a pile of trash and dirt that included cigarette butts under one of the beds. The screen on the door going out to the...

「The place was great and the residents in the building were some of the nicest people I have ever met! Parking is on the street which during a festival wasn’t ideal, but we really didn’t have any issues. The hallway to the building smelled like marijuana, but the apartment did not and was clean and perfect for what we needed. We also got quick responses from the host which was helpful.」
